Alfredo and Jose Ernesto Najera
The beginning of Najera Insulation started when two brothers worked for a company as managers for 20 years. During those years they both learned the variety of services of insulation, spray foam, and gutters. Together they decided to found their very own company, Najera Insulation LLC. They worked their way from the ground to the top during the 20 years at their previous job. Jose Ernesto ran the gutter section while Aflredo handled the Insulation section.
Recently we have lost Jose Ernesto Najera but his passion and legacy will thrive at Najera Insulation.
Together Alfredo and Jose Ernesto instill in their employees three important characteristics: Dedication, discipline, and diligence.
